The food is great, the staff sometimes more and sometimes less friendly. There is always a draft in the small shop, better to order. On the whole, however, to be recommended.

Just tried to order by phone. Then I had to stay on the receiver for 5 minutes - when the woman on the phone was finally on the receiver - when asked if it was possible to deliver, I simply hung up - until now I am still being pushed away! Was the last time !!!!

Very tasty but first time complaint when we were 5 minutes too early (literally 5 Minutes) and now let us wait 40 minutes after the announced time we should be there... no sorry, no extra, and no nothing: in a nutshell no customer service at all!

The food is okay, but expensive for the quality and quantity - especially the sushi. The staff also urgently needs training in how to communicate with paying customers. The unfortunately indistinct woman on the phone is extremely unfriendly, even if you order food for a lot of money. We didn't understand a number because of your mumbling, unfortunately, and therefore asked in a friendly manner, whereupon she groaned loudly and annoyed repeated the number extra quieter and even more indistinctly. Perhaps she should avoid a job with contact with people if she doesn't like them.

Beef in the noodles like a needle in a haystack. We can still work on the friendliness of the employees (m / f / d). Then I prefer canned ravioli.

Unfortunately, very overwhelmed. After 45 minutes of waiting in the restaurant, I was informed that the order was not "taken". Very poor performance!

By far the best sushi I've eaten so far. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes exceptionally good. You have to factor in waiting time and reserve a table in advance. There are few tables, but with a nice atmosphere in the small restaurant. Many guests come in to collect their pre-orders.

Would be a really good place to order food, but the quality has deteriorated. The meat (especially chicken) is now always on the verge of raw meat. Even when asked, it is no longer cooked (tried twice) Tried to switch to duck, but that was probably the greatest cheek and expensive.

We can recommend all dishes without reservation. Reservation is recommended. Best sushi far and wide! We have been coming back again and again for years! Friendly fixed service. ☺️ Would like to give more stars too!

Highly recommended! The sushi and the starters taste great. The staff is reserved and friendly. It feels a lot like Japanese culture. The place is quite cozy and above all very clean. The price is a bit higher. However, it is sushi. There is hardly any cheaper. Certainly not in terms of quality. Here they work with love and value the customers. I can highly recommend the shop! I will definitely be happy to come back and look forward to the next visit.

Ordered pickup. We were told one hour which is acceptable but it took them an hour and a half. Sushi is mediocre at best and priced at a premium. It's faster to drive to Aachen.

Very good sushi. A little slow, but very much worth it. Definitely get a reservation in advance. Is often packed full.

Decent food and quick service.

Small inconspicuous shop, but with a very good offer of food. We were surprised to get such great sushi and sashimi in Erkelenz. In addition, there are very good kimchi. From the drink I was very fond of iced tea, strangely I can not explain why it was so delicious. Due to the size of the restaurant I can only recommend a reservation! We recommend!
